PROFIT-BASED PAY WITH NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The more you learn, the more you earn. Our “check-off” program is designed to train employees on the standard operating procedures and equipment we use. New hires start at entry level pay, and the more they learn, the more they earn. Employees will get trained on basic things such as driving with a trailer and drilling holes to more advanced procedures like helical pier installation and equipment repair/maintenance. Pay raises are tied to each check-off item, and the trainer that checks an employee off receives a bonus for that check-off. This process opens the opportunity for pay raises subject to an individual’s motivation and desire to learn. New employees will watch a procedure done at least 4 times, perform the procedure with help at least 4 times, then perform the procedure on their own at least 4 times before getting checked-off. We understand that we all learn at different paces, so the number of times may vary. Once the trainer is confident that the individual can perform the task on their own with confidence, the trainee is checked-off for that procedure, and receives the raise for that procedure.

No experience required

Along with the check-off program, profit bonuses are offered as a way for employees to earn more. Profit bonuses are offered after certain benchmarks are hit. During bonus stages, when a crew meets a set amount amount of profit per day and/or item, the eligibility for higher pay begins.
